At skins., we are committed to offering high-quality skincare products and professional treatments with the highest standards of care. Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at skinsclinicpr@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at no extra cost.
Please note: we do not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with results, personal preferences, or allergic reactions. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All treatments and appointments are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
