Cancellations
We kindly ask that any rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Missed appointments (no-shows) are also subject to deposit forfeiture. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse appointments as needed.
Product Orders
We take care to ensure accurate product descriptions and availability. However, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders may be limited or declined if suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
Returns
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. All services and treatments are final and non-refundable.
